Runway creation/modification accomplished. Still need to work on the visualization of the runway.

Added ability to search for airports by partial/full ICAO/Phoenetic Name.

Created the search capability for FIX NAVAIDS after needing to add two and being really annoyed at having to scroll through all like 10k of them.
Added the ability to have and manage defines (color profiles) inside the SFE.
